Well, FM is enough is to get your free diamond membership. Anyway you probably just spoiled your chances of getting one. Imagine an admin reading this thread lol. Being a 17 year old, the way you frame your question and topic is really just ludicrous.

CM is enough. Just have to get to 2200 FIDE and pay the title fee

It is very easy. Just become a GM and you will get a free membership lifetime here.
