ICC ratings vs. Chess.com ratings

I'm sure this has been asked 1000x (I looked and didn't see any great answers though) but any general thoughts (yes, circumstances will differ!) on how the same player's ratings will vary chess.com vs. icc?

I've only played bullet on both but I've noticed my chess.com rating is rather consistently lower than my ICC rating. Just curious.

Thanks

It is hard to tell I never played in icc but I guess at high levels it is pretty much the same

My current ICC blitz rating is about 1200. It used to be as high as 2000 for blitz, and I played many IMs, GMs, FMs, NMs, WIMs, and WGMs. I had a 45% record against all the Titled players I played and I kept records over several hundred games.

My FIDE online rating is about 1425 for blitz, and I am an "Online Candidate Master" with 70+ more games need while maintaining a rating above 1400 to be considered an "Online FIDE Master"

My chess.com rating is about 1750 right now (at 98%) for chess.com

My USCF over-the board rating is about 1850, but I haven't played in an OTB tournament for years. My rating was nearly 2000 OTB (standard) at one time. So, draw your own conclusions. Obviously ICC is disappointing, with lowered ratings and they have made it less appealing with fewer games available against titled players... Might not renew membership.

One thing that is a little bothersome is that so many players who are only FMs and NMs on chess.com have 2700 ratings. Obviously very inflated, especially when other IM players sometimes have ratings of 1100. It's kind of inconsistent. Top players rated 3300, while AlphaZero is at 3400 and can beat all of them 99 out of 100 games. So, maybe the rating systems needs improvement.
