there are references in many places about a database called icofe. the download link has been given in like this

but the link is dead now. in sourceforge.net the download link is not visible.

anybody please provide the link to download the database. thanks

It's no longer being maintained. For alternate ideas, try searching the forums for threads containing the term ICOFY.

GorgoBase might be a good alternative:
