If you fall below 400 elo you're cooked

I joined site in Feb. Got placed around 600 dropped to 200 climbed up to 700. Am about 650 just now. Your assumption is incorrect.
Not true. The type of people you listed are probably alot like me. They play but don't study. I recently started studying and my ratings went up a bit. That's proof it's possible to move up from a wicked low rating. I'm still a very low rating but I'm slowly moving up. I'm also a beginner I call myself a novice because I've played almost as many games as those guys you were using as an example, but I never studied and my rating stayed the same or went down. Right now I'm trying to limit myself to one game a day. Then do puzzles and lessons. I'm hoping this will work to get me to a higher rating. But at least now I have a shot since I'm studying. But yeah there's definitely guys out there with a rating around 150 who have played thousands of games of blitz or bullet. I was one of them. Now I'm trying to climb out.

something true (which is the reason I quit for a year) I only get at most 10 rating a game but on my alt account (Which is at 700 Rapid that) I get 40-50 a game Does anyone know why

it's because you don't have many rapid games played so your rating is provisional, it'll get settled if you keep playing more games

Ive played around 500 matches is that not enough (Most in rapid)
And my alt Has around mby 20-50 games but gets triple the rating
(or am i looking at this the wrong way and my rating isn't settled on my alt so it gets more)

I think if you ever fall below 400 elo you have literally zero chance to climb back and here's why:
1) I've met people with 3000+ games who are still on elo 300. How is it even possible? I don't know
2) I am myself below 400 elo and I'm noob but I encounter people with 3000+ games and they tend to destroy me

(although rarely you see a stockfish or whatever and has like a 99.5% accuracy) but theres not enough of them to keep you under 400 (its just a skill issue for most of us)
