OK, how bout this:

You have  railroad track, a locomotive, two wagons A and B, a station and a tunnel.

The locomotive can push and pull, and the wagons can hook onto each other and the locomotive.

The locomotive can fit through the tunnel, but the wagons can not. Everything can fit into the station at once.

Can you swop the positions of the 2 wagons, and put the locomotive back in the tation?
