If you think

there is one, what's the 1400 (chess.com rating) equivalent of GM 3 minute blitz?  I think it's about a 10 minute game, but I could understand a master saying it'd be more like 30, or more?!  If you wouldn't mind including your chess.com current rating with your response it might be fun.  This is my 1st post - I really like this site.  I know icc is great, but for me, i wish i would have saved all that $ & came over here much sooner.

Don't forget that people can think in your time as well, that's why a huge difference in the two times won't matter.
