im stuck at 100 elo

Sounds like you barely understand the rules of the game. You're probably playing the wrong time control. Try some 30m+ games. I would recommend the learn portion of chess.com to understand basic theory. Just do a few lessons for a few days and you'll be out of 100 in no time.

For those that are struggling to break 100, 500, 1000 and beyond. A helpful hint is to learn about different fun checkmates and tactics that will wow you and will help you want to destroy your opponents with these skills. I do have a fun tactical course (FREE) that you may try. If this helps, please let me know!

Play a lot, analyze your games, and primarily study tactics. Your knowledge of openings, endgame, middlegame, etc. will come from analyzing your games and going over grandmaster games. Only study one of those specific topics if it is clear you are specifically losing because of that topic.

As a coach, I can help you with any part of that process, as well as teach you EXACTLY how to think at every stage of the game. Good luck!

I mean , the average chess player rating on this server is 600-700 Elo. You re 100 rating so you probably are better than 20% of players in the server, that is not so bad¡. haha.
But honestly or you are a a kid, or you just started to play chess, or you are naturally bad, but only solution is : Keep playing. No more. At this level you jusat have to play. I would recomend you to do puzzles but honestly even at your level is not really necessary. i see that you have memorized many opening with white but just memorize because you lose or you just play random moves later. So stop also doign that and just focous on playing and use the engine to check what is wrong with your moves

Learn opening principles, basic tactics, and check each move for captures (basically, check each move for hanging pieces from both sides- stop giving away pieces and take your opponent’s free pieces. It’s the overwhelming problem very low-rated players have). Should get you to 400 immediately

Learn 30 moves deep in the Najdorf and Botvinnik Semi-Slav. Play lots of ultra-bullet. Your training should only be tactics.
💀💀💀💀 I feel offended

The ratings from 100 to 600 are quite the same, players play similar at these ranges. It may be a safe assume that you're 600 elo in example. Also all of your games are 10m or less, you may give yourself a more thinking time by playing 30 minutes. In real, at these levels just not blundering your pieces will give you an automatic win (I should advice myself first lol).

im stuck at 100 elo. what do i do
In your most recent game, you gave away a pawn on move 4, a bishop on move 5, and then forced your opponent to take that bishop on move 7.
As noted above, you are throwing away pieces nearly every move. You occasionally win because your opponents are doing the same thing.
How can you fix your complete lack of board vision? Start with very simple puzzles. Solve lots of mates in one. You can find those several places, but the largest selection and the best is this ChessKing app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.chessking.android.learn.matein1&hl=en_US&gl=US
Then also solve lots of puzzles with few pieces that teach basic contacts. Bruce Pandolfini, Beginning Chess is very good, as is this Kindle book that takes a similar approach: https://www.amazon.com/Essential-Tactics-Building-Foundation-Chess-ebook/dp/B06XKG1VZD
