she was at the most recent olympiad, though. and her story is inspirational- an escape from poverty from a very destitute place.
and perhaps a reminder that a lot of potential talent is hidden and undeveloped due to poverty.

Never heard of a woman Ugandian chess player that has been WC(world champion). I think I would know about this remarkable fact since the odds are too low because she is a Woman and she is Ugandian
