I'm pretty sure the 50 moves rule is in force so as long as there are no more pawn moves the game will be drawn on move 95.
Weird that with all this shuffling back and forth the same position didn't come up 3 times.

50 move rule should apply here so track it. Endgames don't feature attacks to win the point but rather patient, slowwww, manuvers that drive home the advantage. Only 1 pawn up in a rook endgame isn't much of an advantage but its hard to say without a specific position. Most club players fail to properly evaluate the endgame since the rules are so different and misplay the endgame. He could be waiting for a mistake while taking the normal slow path to possible victory.
Isn't it impolite ( and stupid!) to reject your opponent's draw offer and yet fail to implement any kind of attack to prove otherwise?
I am playing a rook endgame (move 80+), me being a pawn down. I understand my opponent's refusal of a draw, he is a pawn up, but how long should we play on with the rooks and kings only? Does the 50 move rule apply in this website?
Anybody had a similar problem?
PS A draw will negatively affect my opponent's ratings. He is 500 more than me...
