improving my game

hi guys I was wondering if you have any advice for a 900 OTB rating who wants to reach 1300 by the end of this year

You need great drive and dedication to advance so many levels in so short a time.   devoting hours to studying and playing people more advanced than you go a long way.

My advice is to play as often as you can, read some kind of introductory book, and solve a lot of tactic puzzles.

If you understand some basic opening concepts, understand some end games and do not drop pieces and as well as pick up the pieces that are left unguarded within two moves, you will be 1300.
