so basically now just black gives a bunch of checks sacrificing the rook, and white doesnt take. this usually brings up about 6 brilliant moves when i mess around in this position but there can be more

Black starts by sacrificing the rook (Rb4+). If white takes, it is stalemate. White moves away and black sacrifices the rook again, and it goes on until one certain position has been repeated 3 times (threefold repetition). So yes the position is brilliant, and we all are brilliant too.
