I am not sure but will see if someone can get back to you.

@UnderTactics: Significant accuracy? I didn't get you. I lose 50% of the time, all the time. I play one or two rapid games per day at the most.. Still a noob..

This is under the assumption that what I am assuming is true, which neither of us know for sure. if you play less often than the pace you improve, and every time you play- you play PHENOMENALLY for your Elo, it's possible that the previous data compared to the new data would make the number of good moves you're choosing statistically significant. As in, on a graph the data sticks out like a sore thumb. That being said, it's def possible you were ipbanned for other reasons. For instance, someone may have reported you for stalling games or being rude
I'm sorry, I didn't notice your reply. I've been unbanned after posting here. Thanks for having tried to help me. Appreciate it.
Never stalled the games (I hate it myself). Possible that someone could have reported and u don't need reasons, lol . Happy to have resumed normal activity, nevertheless.
Cheers!
So many cheaters in this portal. I am 1300 in lichess.org, but here I cannot reach even 1000 in the 10 min rapid. Very disappointed!

That is normal. Lichess rating is almost always higher than chess.com rating. The difference is usually around 200-300 points. It may be a bit different on expert+ level but on lower to advanced level that is the way it is.
Main difference is that on Lichess everyone starts from 1 500 rating, here this is not the case.

The ratings are just set differently here. Ratings aren't really comparable from site to site.

Cheaters do get banned here, I've seen plenty go.
I used to play on a site that had no anti cheating enforcement and I'll never go near a site like that again.
hey, I got my IP banned too. Well, I logged in on few browser across 2 pc, and doing puzzles just like you, and casually hitting some tournament and never cheated (except just too try against bot but nothing serious) suddenly got IP banned on my IP when I tried to do some puzzles in my office network. hope that chess.com team can get me unbanned (logged in using vpn)
Hello there,
I'm Wirefish, a low profile member here since Aug 2020. I've taken a Platinum membership only yesterday. I've never had any problems on this site and quietly play a few games and practise my full quota of puzzles.
Since yesterday, I started solving a lotta puzzles as I like em and suddenly found my account getting into troubled waters. I never cheated anyone (I don't know how to cheat and never bother to, I just love chess and love to watch a few lessons and improve), never been rude with anyone, never provided false info. nothing.
I wonder, how my account could be suspended or my IP banned. After exhausting all my options, I came here through my VPN and see that my a/c is intact but my IP banned.
I'm getting an error code RP13. For me, VPN is not an option.
Secondly, I don't understand what my fault is and what did I do badly to get into the red zone.
I also fear for my CC info stored on this website. I wish someone from the admin dept clarify and solve my issue asap.
Thanks,
