Is 0 ELO possible?

Not here. There's a floor of 100. Many have hit the floor. There's no glory to be had.
In theory elo can even become negative.
If you just lose all games against low rated players that is what happens.
When you hit the floor, you go no lower.

No. No theory involved with ELO calculations. How is it people make up stuff they know knowing about? Negative rating ??? Today’s chuckle.
ELO is an algorithm with a set floor of 100. It is not an open system. Just as results are not calculated when matched players are over 1000 point difference. Players can not endlessly gain rating by playing opponents +1000 points lower.

the floor of 100 is only on this website... anozher could have another floor... irl could be elo even negative but thats only a theory normally you can barely see somebody with elo under 1000...

There is an entire section on Wikipedia about Elo theory.

There is no floor set by Elo, that's an artificial limit set by the site for practical purposes. (The site uses Glicko, but Elo is a good approximation for Glicko.)
Negative ratings work just fine as the formula only cares about the difference in rating between two players, and a truly new player (who just learned the rules) could very well be the equivalent of a negative rating.
Also, the formula does allow you to endlessly gain rating points. The site rounds down to zero though, again for practical purposes.

I don't know, it's pretty embarrassing for them though...
...by the way it's not an acronym. Elo is a person's name, so it's not ELO.
Players can endlessly gain rating by winning all games against opponents 500 points lower.
Players can endlessly lose rating by losing all games against opponents 500 points higher.
If there is a floor then it prevents that, but the pure elo system has no floor.

You can endlessly gain rating by beating the same player over and over, even though your ratings will grow ever farther apart. I verified this at some point via the math, but it's been a while, don't ask me to prove it right now (and feel free to double check me).
But yeah, in practical cases, like on chess.com, this doesn't work because at some point they round down to zero points instead of continuing to give you incredibly small fractions of a point.

Long time ago, it was possible to have such a rating on chess.com in daily games. There are some old accounts with 0 Elo, but I haven't seen any. Also, you can gain zero rating in tactics, but I guess it has nothing in common with real Elo points

That is right: the error function saturates
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Error_function
By beating a player 366 points lower you still gain 10% of a K-factor.

If I started with a beginners ELO. Proceeded to lose 500 games in a row. To the second worst players on the planet. Bearing in mind that they will suddenly have a good winning streak and become higher rated. Therefore the second worst ELO players would change. So, as I played 480, 490, 500, or however many different players. All rated second lowest. If I got obliterated in every game. It would be safe to assume that my ELO would be as low as possible. Would it be zero ?

barely see people under 1000??? no most people on this earth are below 1000
