12-moves is pretty good, but record is 10-moves by Sam Loyd. Capture-free record is 12-moves by Charles Wheeler. See this blog: Shortest games to stalemate and ‘Mr. Robot’ chess scene.

Probably quite a few of them.
If there are any Aliens out there, I wonder what new chess insights they might be able to offer, since they would presumably look at the game from a completely different perspective.
