Nope.😀
is 700 a good rating

"Good" is relative. For a total beginner it's definitely good! If you've been playing consistently for several months, perhaps not so much. Keep playing consistently and as long as you're making progress enjoy the wins! When you start losing half your games and your rating plateaus, come back and repeat the post with your new rating! :-)

From my experience i can say that relatively good chess start at 1200
'Relatively good' in my opinion starts at 1600 level

It depends, if you started at 300 it is a very good rating, if you started at 800, well, no, but whatever, 700 is alright, what you have to do to improve right now is: learn some simple openings, try to do problems, A LOT OF THEM, that will help you recognise patterns faster and you won't lose as much opportunities as much as you could be doing now, and you won't fall for the tricks you might be falling for now.
For now you will be alright just by doing this and learning from the chess.com lections, they are amazing, you could also learn more about endgames.
basically learn everything you can, do problems to practice and learn, and apply that to games, you should learn from your lost games, dont forget to analyze them, if it is in a computer or tablet, better, because they give you more details.
Last thing, did you know you can play unranked games so that you dont lose points when you lose, i just discovered it, but you wont win points when you win, you can find the option before strating a new game in personalize
Good luck, I am also 700 btw xd
have played chess but not really chess.com i got from 600 to 700 in a day
