Is 99.6% accuracy the highest you can go?

I was wondering about this a while ago, what is the highest possible game accuracy in post game analysis? I've set myself a goal before, seeing how close I can get to 100%. I have had many games where I feel like I played absolutely perfectly, and in those games I get a specific number: 99.6%

So now I have the question: is it possible to get higher? If someone has gotten higher please share your game below ! happy.png

Here are a couple of my games where I got that sweet 99.6

I mean the "analysis score" that you get in the analysis page when you analyse a game:

Do you remember what game it was? happy.png

No, it's not. Look at https://www.chess.com/daily/game/103062300, where both my opponent and I played more or less book moves only before agreeing on a draw.

That being said, the quality of the analysis is so low that one shouldn't care.

Yeah, but that doesn't prove the title of this thread wrong, because your scores for accuracy aren't above 99.6%

I agree that the quality of the analysis isn't great, but what interests me is how this accuracy "score" is calculated. Is there an example game out there where this supposedly maximum 99.6 number has been broken?

Can your accuracy be improved if your opponent blunders?

false

joeymagu

Though 100-100 is possible via book moves, I haven't seen a checkmate with a 100 accuracy on either side

ChessDude009
