Classical. I have played in a 30 mins + 30 second's tournament too it was also a classical tournament.

Most of the classical tournaments in pakistan are 30+30 or max 60+30, they are considered standard(classical)

FIDE:

A.1 A ‘Rapid chess’ game is one where either all the moves must be completed in a fixed time of more than 10 minutes but less than 60 minutes for each player; or the time allotted plus 60 times any increment is of more than 10 minutes but less than 60 minutes for each player.

So 60 minutes for each player regardless of the increment duration already puts the game into classical, because 60 minutes is not LESS than 60 minutes.

Mentioned 30|30 is classical too because 30 + (0.5x60) = 60
