Yeah, you can reopen a closed account. Just contact support and they'll do it for you.
Is it real to reopen closed account?

In other words his password is "12345" or he forgot to log out and his brother / friend did something on his account.
That's so far removed from hacking it doesn't make any sense.

OF COURSE YOU WOULD CHOOSE TO BULLY THE CHILDREN! The difference being is that one is a crime and the other is a minor amount of tomfoolery!
