im worried, because I cant play live games but I can still talk, can anyone of my followers tell me if im banned or something? It says that I cannot play live chess games because of my internet

That means your connection isn't very good or stable.  They measure your lag and don't let you play if it's too high.

yes but i checked for a day with maximum bar internet and it still says it

That "connection bar" only indicates the connection between your device (mobile or PC) and your router (which is in your own home). The lag that chess.com is concerned about is BETWEEN your home and the chess.com servers.

Then how can I fix this? Its been going on for over a month and I have had to play on other computers, my other computers completely work

I am going to suggest that you play on those other computers until you figure out what is wrong with the one that's giving you trouble.
