Would it not require $3 million, a team of ICCF grandmasters and state-of-the-art supercomputers to validate that statement?

Nope. this is chess, there are only eight different peices and 64 squares.

The Sveshnikov Sicilian is a well-regarded and popular variation of the Sicilian Defense in chess. It is named after the Russian grandmaster Evgeny Sveshnikov, who played and analyzed this line extensively in the 1980s.

The Sveshnikov Sicilian is characterized by the moves 1.e4 c5 2.Nf3 Nc6 3.d4 cxd4 4.Nxd4 Nf6 5.Nc3 e5. This move 5...e5 leads to a complex and sharp position, with both sides having attacking chances.

The Sveshnikov Sicilian has been extensively studied and played at the highest levels of chess, and has been proven to be a viable and effective opening for Black. However, like any opening, it has its pros and cons, and whether it is "good" or not depends on various factors such as personal playing style, level of experience, and the opponent's strengths and weaknesses.

Overall, the Sveshnikov Sicilian is a solid choice for those who enjoy playing sharp and dynamic positions as Black and are willing to put in the effort to learn the many nuances and complexities of this opening.

It's also one of the most complex openings in chess where you settle for positional weaknesses in exchange for dynamic activity. It's hard to grasp on a GM level let alone below 1000. The lines are mostly forcing but sharp so you need to know the theory. Wouldn't recommend it.
