Is there a chart of insufficient material?

Time was running low for me. I happily traded off rooks leaving myself with a few pawns and my opponent with a bishop. I knew I wasn't going to queen, and my opponent with a bishop is insufficient, but with my pawns on the board I was worried- premove is off, and I didn't have time for 50 random king moves. My opponent gobbled all but one pawn and chased me around until time ran out- timeout vs insufficient material, draw. I thought my pawn may change it to just a timeout loss (I guess I could construct a mate if it was the 'a' pawn vs a white square bishop instead of middle of the board pawn?).

Is there a chart on what is insufficient?

The site just looks at the material the side with time has on timeout.

The last part of the following article lists what is considered insufficient material on timeout.

The site does not use the FIDE implementation of mate being possible by any series of legal moves.
