Nope. As a South Korean, I know that not a single North Korean is playing on chess.com. If you have a North Korean passport award, that person was not actually North Korean.

I am sure I had one at least once. But that doesn’t necesssarily mean my opponent is a North-Korean citizen. It could very well be a tourist playing from a hotel room.
