WFM is 2100+ FIDE
CM is 2200+
In general, the title isn't what matters when trying to determine which is stronger, but the player's rating.
Also, does anybody know great website for practicing unlimited quality tactics for FREE?
(Can't be bothered to pay the monthly fee anymore).

although CM can be from tournament performances (in some cases WFM as well)

Lol Winston I'm just trying to be relevant on the forums. I know the answer... I'm just trying to start some big forum. lol
Several free apps are available for iPhone and Android that are good. Even the free ones are decent if you're cool with ads. Look for Chess Tactics Trainer. I now AM between 1500 and 1600 on tactics here.
