King cannot kill queen when king is in check

ah i see, because you cannot place your king deliberately in a position to be taken!!!! makes sense lol have to zooom out sometimes thank you so much

But what if there was no bishop supporting queen? Then king can kill queen right?

The queen is protected by the bishop, so that is why you can't kill the queen; if you kill her, that bishop will check you!
