No. Join the club that competes in the WL, which will be "Team [INSERT COUNTRY]" and will say that they compete in the WL. Most league HQ clubs only allow Admins of participating clubs, and WL's main club is different, they allow anyone. The national team clubs play Daily Matches against each other, and idk how often.
