Since this continually seems to be lost on so many. It is an internet site. They can do what they want. They do not need to give you a reason. The only "right" or more precisely "privilege" you have is to be able to go to the site.
A single Mod dictator rules over LC . Break ToS ( in his opinion) and the shadow ban is permanent. There is no recourse, no appeal. The shadow-ban concept appears like a good idea at 1st glance- but in practice is dishonest/ misleading for the members.

I realize I’m not the sharpest tool in the shed, but you’re complaining about Lichess on a Chess.com site. You’re better off writing to your congressman. Maybe President Moon Jae-in can help you right the Lichess wrongs you’ve “suffered.”
