chess.com has fun features like video lessons while you can play stockfish 14, but you can adapt its level.
Lichess vs chess.com

Lichess sucks
I want people to be kind to both platforms. If people hate not just give their opinion then I will take this post down.
Lichess UI is more responsive on my mobile devices, so use it for bullet chess on the go. The studies feature is also great. I use both and don't feel like there needs to be a versus -situation. The forums on both are filled with equally inane topics.

I think there is a place in the world for both. Chess.com is a more premium experience. The lessons/videos are good quality.
I recommend Lichess to my students since it has many of the same basic lessons, is ad-free, and I can create studies analyzing their games much more easily.

What is your favorite chess platform?
I don't have a favourite or preferred chess platform. I can barely even play chess well. But I just commented to say the cat in your profile pic is incredibly cute.😍😺
Would you mind telling us his/her name?
P.S. -- Chess.com is way better than Lichess.

I play chess at these sites:
chess.com, lichess, gameknot, chesstempo, and queenalice
I’ve played on all of those and more. Queen Alice had some nice features. I don’t understand how GameKnot still attracts so many members with so many better possibilities. I had quit playing there in favor of ChessWorld and Red Hot Pawn until chessdotcom came into existence. After about a year on this site, I stopped playing on RHP. I continued at CW for a couple more years, then cut the number of my correspondence games under 10 and played those only here.
I like lichess as it hides the country I don't like playing India France or russia so for me not knowing is good only problem is more people fail to make a move .
I can somewhat understand you do not want to play people from Russia right now, but what's wrong with people from France and India?
