List of Names of All Known Tactics

Can we generate a list of all known chess tactics (visuals would be even better!) for the purposes of personal study?  For example:

+Double Attack 

...What else?

Skewers

Great!  Now to get some pictures up!!  Don't have time yet, but would love to do it.  Others of you feel free to post visuals if you have time.  This would be a cool compilation.  

What is a "sac and combo" book?
