Live Standard rating compared to uscf or fide ratings

So, this will be like the thing for online chess ratings compared to fide, but for live standard ratings instead, since not all of us play turn based games on here. I have seen one person on these forums say that live standard ratings are usually a couple hundred points lower than uscf ratings, based on what he's seen. I don't know if thats true or not but I'd like to find out.
So basically, just post your live standard rating, and your uscf or fide rating (or both), and we'll how they compare.
