Loat 10 in a row!
Play some blitz game with time control 3|2 or 5 min, and before making any move ask yourself like "what is my enemy planning?" "is this move gonna make me better positionally?" "What is the threat?" this will help you to prevent blunder. Dont lazy calculate things. dont just make move like "well i have no clue what to do, so lets make random moves" Every move has effect to the endgame of the match.

If you enjoy Chess, then play it. If you decide to give it away, life is not over,
For the average person, Chess is win some, lose some, but as I said, if you enjoy it, do it. It can be fun.
You will improve if you put in the effort.
But, Chess is a very demanding game if you want to become expert.
So, it is up to you.
I wish you well in your whole life, Chess or not.
Best!

Do not play anything faster than 10 minute games.
When you lose 3 in a row, walk away and come back tomorrow.
Analyze every game when done. take your time.

i would also recommend john bartholomews videos (climbing the ratings ladder and fundamentals)

I lost 9 games in a row not too long ago. There are just some days when aliens take over your mind and you f..k up nearly everything and the only luck you have is bad luck. I couldn't find a good move, if I was in a GOOD MOVE MUSEUM!
Sometimes you just have to suffer.
It sounds trite, but when you get knocked down, get back up.
Best wishes! Good luck!
