They also seem to take a lot of draws. Here is an example game where they played at 99% accuracy. It is short but I don't understand why white would want a draw here:

It is Likely that people cheat for a while and then stop i have just had a game against a cheater ( i luckily got my elo back) also i dont understand why you would want to draw in that position too maybe he wanted too look not as suscpicious

I'm not saying names but one of my recent opponents has played consistently at 90%+ accuracy for the past ten or so games. Even if they lose they are still very high accuracy. At first glance, their account looked fine, they had been a member for a long time but something wasn't lining up.
Is it very common for people to cheat in short spurts and then stop for a while?
