In turn based games, he had 2285 Elo and after a game 1181 Elo, how is this possible? Do I miss something? Please help me to understand this apparently crazy situation?
That's really weird and probably a bug. The user should open a ticket about it.
It's very clear that this guy cheated. He made a big number of profiles you see below (1-9-6-6 etc.) with which he played bullet and always won after 1 move by resignation - hence inflating his rating. But I don't know what happened after that.
It (all 3 accounts) was already reported a while ago, not sure why not banned yet.
