I don't really understand the question. If it is "who's better: Magnus Carlsen or Ding Lirem?", then the answer is clear: Magnus Carlsen.

The fact that out of 10 games Carlsen can only win one shows that Carlsen no longer dominates like he once did. Skittles time controls mean nothing and shouldn't even be in the conversation. I don't blame Carlsen, but I think after being on top for years, he is losing his drive. All the videos of him getting drunk certainly doesn't help when it comes to the concentration one needs at the elite levels of chess in classical time controls.
