I was a 1100 not too long ago, and was winning almost all my games, now, im losing almost all of them and im a 1040. I even drew with a 985 and lost to somebody playing the grob.
Massive losing streaks

understandable
sometimes i have outstanding games where i played wayyy over my oppoments level
then there are times where i simply lose to some woodpusher

I thought I was the only one until recently. Never ceases to amaze me how sometimes I can beat people way higher than me and sometimes I just get the blunders and I lose to people who would otherwise be 200 elo down.

Everyone has ups and downs but, and I know this is cliche, if you keep trying, eventually you will see an improvement... If you keep practicing tactically, and learning from your mistakes you can make your losses as a tool to grow 200+ points back.
(I guess this is where I say check my profile and email me if you are interested in coaching ) Whether it be with me or someone else, you will be able to grow more with a coach, or at the very least, online tools, who will be able to point out your mistakes to you and tell you how to improve

Look at the bright side - You'll have all of the game offers that you want...

I can teach you EXACTLY how to think during the game (opening, middlegame and endgame). Your chess understanding will never be the same and you will improve a lot. I charge €35/h (€22/h if you pay for two lessons in advance), but if you can’t afford too many lessons, don’t worry. I can teach you a lot in an hour. Here to help if you are interested.
If you want to study by yourself, read ‘Logical Chess’. It is really instructive book. You have it on youtube as well: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0eTB7oHeRgM&list=PLUrgfsyInqNa1S4i8DsGJwzx1Uhn2AqlT
Dude, easy. You're pissed off and you're playing with your adrenals instead of your brain. I did the exact same thing a few days ago and lost about 120 ELO points. I waited until I was rested and was in a reasonably good mood and won those points back. Take a break, come back to chess later and try again.
