Master level bots consistently playing higher than their rating.

So I’ve been playing against the master level bot Nora. After every defeat I analyze the game and see that Nora always plays at a 2400-2800 rating. I’ve been consistently playing like a 2300-2400 rated player but the better I do the better the bot plays. What’s the point of saying it’s a 2200 rated bot if it consistently plays at a higher level? If it actually played like a 2200 then I should’ve beaten it by now and it’s frustrating to see that it’s playing like an international master or grandmaster every game. I’ve beaten Noam and Arjun but Nora is playing on a much higher level consistently. What’s up with that?

Perhaps its a matter of different playing styles , noras playing style may be such that u find her a more difficult opponent than Noam although both are similarly rated, I for example find it easier to play against Francis 2300 compared to Noam 2200

If you're getting that idea from the beta report card, that isn't really accurate and is skewed by the rating of the bot. That code is going to get some updates, as it over estimates playing strength in most cases.
