You should seek medical attention immediately if it lasts so long. Have you tried laying down? That way the blood does not go up but stays in your nose. After a while then clean your nose. Do not but tissues in your nose as that will rupture it more. I truly feel bad for you.

My friend had a constant nose bleed. it wouldn't go away, after 3 trys they just left...
