Doing more tactics when you are missing a lot is a recipe for disaster. If you're on tilt it is best to step away. It's hard to do sometimes since it is easy to think you will just stop when you get back to X rating, then end up dropping more. 
It's like gambling.... Same mindset, the crave for more.......

My pass rate is below 50%.
