Well, no, theoretically the room temperature is warmer than my "blow". So, therefore, leaving the ice cream would have heated it up faster

Even if that were true (internal temp is near 100 degrees, so your breath was likely hotter than the room) you would have accelerated the conduction, speeding up its warming faster than if you hadn't blown.
