A noble ambition sir! I don't know about video although YouTube has a ton of them including a chess.com channel. You could do a search for "how to play chess" or "beginner chess" or something like that. In the meantime here are 15 free Chess Mentor courses that will get you off to a good start. Used to be 25 free courses, but somebody got cheap.
