New Accounts are mostly smurfs and Cheaters

there should be a 1000 game limit before they can play with old accounts or in tournaments, because this is ridiculous.
They should play among eachother to prove their power , right now almost all top 3 player in tournaments have a week or month old account and this means they are either smurf and getting easy pairing or cheater, both are wrong. Its like a 1600 play in a new acount (1000)and getting 1200 pair and easily winning tournaments, because of easy pairing
