Have you tried online chess? If you want to play longer live games then you can set custom time controls. No one is forcing you to do anything.

yes!...do not force me to play something that is unorthodoxed..give me the standard tournament games..this game was always meant for PATIENCE..and patienc e it will be..i"m paying for this..and I do not wish to argue the point with these speed bullet members!!..end of subject! so direct me to an alternate basis!
