99.99999999999% of the 7 billion people on the planet think that chess players, especially titled ones, are lonely psychopaths. What does that tell you?

I do not think that chess players, especially titled players, are lonely psychopaths.
Since your figure goes out to 11 decimal places, I only needed to find one person who disagreed with your premise to prove it wrong.
I think you have to go back to the drawing board.

We don't have NM's in Australia, would be nice if we did.
We do have the ACF, but titles aren't given just ratings which are affected solely on ACF rated tournaments.

Plus the ACF Rating formula is ridiculous.
We don't have NM ratings mostly because I think the top players wouldnt want the title. I've known of at least two guys who qualified for the Candidate Master title and rejected it. I think in the minds of a lot of improving 2100+ players its "FM is the minimum" ...which makes me just a patzer as well lol Kind of high standards for a small chess country actually.

Well of course; you are a chess player. It's as if someone who is crazy declares that he isn't.
What do you make of that?

In some parts of the US, good luck obtaining a FIDE rating.

Lol and I came in here to mention that there needs to be more integration with FIDE since you could perform well enough for an IM norm but it wouldn't count due to lack of FIDE oversight.
With further FIDE integration it would be obsolete since any NM could obtain a CM title at least since since they're roughly equivalent. FM is within shooting distance of an NM though the higher you get the harder it is to improve, especially without good coaching.

Ridiculious!!! A national master is very strong and very few player ever reach 2200 uscf level. A national master can beat foreign international masters and grandmasters, I see one national master beat foreign gm, outplay the gm in the opening and crush the gm in the middlegame; showing disrespect your opponent earns you a lost!!
