I am a newb so please bear with me. I want to learn to read notation quickly. As of now I struggle thru trying to read and visualize the moves. If I start daydreaming about notation during a game it is distracting.
Should I write down the destination square or just say it aloud before I move ? If any of you guys can remember back that far how did you pick up on notation. I am tired of cleaning greasy fingerprints of my screen when trying to follow a game. LOL
