You should be able to move after you've offered a draw on your move. If not, put in a support ticket.

If it's my move in a 3 day per move game, and I offer a draw and my opponent doesn't accept or decline within the time limit.... do I lose on time, get more time to move, or win on time? Once you offer a draw you can't move and the clock keeps ticking....
