The French is very good, the Sicilian is very complicated so I do not recommend.
I've tried many openings for black against E4 and I was never really happy with any of them. I didn't really like the caro kann and other similar openings like that. I'm looking for an opening that is heavy on theory and dynamic, and tactical. Any recommendations?
