Cheaters are a huge problem in chess sites and Chess.com has their fair share of them. Chess.com is my favourite chess site, I believe that they try to stay on top of the cheating problem but it is hard. It can feel ineffective and/or unfair when someone isn't being banned quickly when they are obviously cheating. It can definitely be frustrating but Chess.com bans a lot of accounts. I know that you know of a person who is obviously cheating but Chess.com is the most popular chess site and thus will have people who are cheating. This sucks but it's sadly the way it is and it's hard to stay on top of all of the cheaters. Hate the cheaters...not the staff.

but either way this is gonna get locked and edited because you are breaking the terms and conditions just as much as he is.

Reporting the player is all you can do. We have to rely on the expertise of the Fair Play team.
