Explain the word losing. I have never heard it.
pain of losing
I will make self assestment on why I always commit such mistake. I will look into my thinking process on why I make such frequent blunders.
Don't be discourage by your defeats. Learn from your mistakes. Solve chess tactics problems.
Tips to lessen blunders:

Change your style of play. Sounds like you play in the same style as I. I like to call it "Instant Regret". Take a little longer to study your moves. Look for the pitfalls. Don't get all tunnel visioned and fixate on whatever you think you are doing. Timed chess, ie lightning and bullet are different ducks all together. Weird stuff happens in those games. Look at all the moves for all the pieces. But do try to not leave pieces hanging or Queen - Pawn trades, unless it is part of your tactical play. I've won lots of games down pieces. Look at this mess...
Down 5 pieces checkmate in 15 moves not a single opponents piece captured. That works out to losing a piece every 3 moves.
I really do love chess, but when you make blunder after blunder how do you keep your spirits up? Is it as simple as playing another game or do you study more or just take a plain old fashioned break then play some more? In short, how do you stave off the effects of discouragement?
