I had the same concept playing in my head when the OP mentioned this.  I don't know which one is more amusing...the person who repeated the con on the same victim or the victim going for it three times.  lol

Richie...did you win all 3 games when he timed out?

two out of three ,but as meatloaf sang two out of three aint bad

If they only play 2 moves you can resign with no adjustment to either rating.

That ruling was changed quite recently- any resignation now incurs game lost penalties as I found out the hard wayI

Why don't you go cram it where the sun don't shine [wink]

(Based on the protocol established by Richie, the presence of the [wink] permits me to be as rude and obnoxious as I like, so if anyone has issue with what I've written, go join Richie in the cramming [wink])

It's indeed not nice, but if this happens to a person 2 times in a row, I probably won't accept a third game... But no, you said you put an open invite out there, yeah, if they hit on you three times in a row like that it starts to be annoying!

You can abort on move 1 if they answer your seek the 2nd or 3rd time. Even better, you can put the person on a block list so that they cannot accept your seek in the future.

Brenton_L

unfortunately i have two games in progress that r like that.

not sure if both players hit me with one or two quick moves , then  disappeared like tiger woods after a golf match goin ,....... nvrm i'll stay the course haha ,...

but yeah , i don't understand that logic. what happens once the three days expire? does the match count as a draw ? or if its there move an the 72hrs. run out would that person lose the match?

ItalianGame-inactive

It's stupid, people who do that should be baned
