percentile display changes at 99.9?

Not there yet, but noticed that opponents 1950+ have a rating of ex “3.0%”, 2.0%, etc, does this mean 99.93, 99.92%?

Are you talking about the percentile number?
Here 3% which is opposite of how it has always been reported. (97%)
I dont know about that, if 1844 is 99.4%, 1970 can't be only 97%?
