I don't see what they did to ruin y'alls gameplay. All they did was add a new variant and add some bots (just like they do every time).
I mean yeah the gameplay wasn’t affected to the ppl who mainly play against real people but if you think of what cc needs to do, a clash update isn’t rlly one of them
This entire conversation is a bunch of cry, to be honest I can agree that the design is not the best design, but I mean, it's an attractive thing to let other people know what chess is, maybe they could do other things to improve this platform, but it's already fine, maybe some server issues, but what's the problem apart from that, like, if someone gets to know chess because of CoC or CR, maybe some people will engage at it, maybe some other not.
Don't complain too much, because this is the best/almost best designed and learning platform of chess lol (maybe you can argue this, but after all the quality that brings us Chess.com is better than some other platforms).

Idk why you guys are acting like chess.com is the official chess body or something. Would you say the same if this happened in some other small chess website? Just cause chess.com has 20M+ users doesn't mean it can't do what it wants. Chess.com also had a kinda mini collab with mario and added mario bots. Where were y'all at that time. Idk why you all are taking this seriously. Actually, I think it is a good financial decision to attract CoC and CR players.
